Mars Taurus
Mars Taurus is not only a sign that one wants to and can fight for comfort, peace and so on, but that one NEEDS to. As I said last time, the presence of Mars in a Sign or House indicates the NEED to fight in that domain. One can come out ahead or behind, but one will fight. Thus Mars was regarded as malefic - I regard it as unavoidable, an essential part of life, only one that needs navigating.
Now, as to how the placement manifests:
Consider the air of supreme self-satisfaction possessed by Sam Hyde, and his habit of attacking in ways which don’t give others a chance to fight back: Commentary on videos, pushing situations to the exact point where conflict could occur and then pulling back (this is really Hyde’s Taurus-Scorpio opposition - more on that later), “I would brutally kill Lena Dunham in a self-defense situation.” Extreme passive-aggression. There’s a lot of his Moon Pisces at play there in the plausible deniability of the attacks. Mars Taurus will be aggressive in ways which hurt no one and invite no direct reprisals. They merely announce “I am complete in myself, I have already won the REAL contest, which is feeling like a winner.”
